Yoga Sailing Weeklong Retreat on yacht in small Cyclades

Discover the Magic of the Small Cyclades: A Seven-Day Yoga & Sailing Adventure

We’re excited to invite you on a journey that blends yoga, sailing, and the untouched beauty of the Greek islands. This retreat is more than just a trip — it’s an adventure that leaves you feeling restored and alive.

We’ll sail through the Small Cyclades — the quieter, more peaceful side of Greece that’s full of hidden coves, tranquil beaches, and quaint villages. Along the way, you’ll have time to unwind with daily yoga sessions, explore the islands, and let the winds guide us to wherever feels right.

Potential routes

Day 1: Welcome to Paros
You’ll arrive in Paros in the late afternoon, where we’ll greet you with a warm welcome. After settling into your cozy cabin (shared or private for couples), we’ll take you on a quick tour of the boat, and you can get to know your fellow travelers. The evening will kick off with a delicious welcome dinner at a local taverna, so we can all meet and get ready for the week ahead.

Day 2: Paros to Despotiko Island
Start the day with a gentle yoga session as the sun rises over the Aegean. We’ll then sail for Antiparos, a laid-back, trendy island with charming streets and pristine beaches. We’ll enjoy a light lunch on board during our sail, and by the afternoon, we’ll arrive at Despotiko Island.
Evening yoga practice will be in a peaceful spot by the sea, followed by dinner in a traditional taverna.

Day 3: Antiparos to Schinoussa
We’ll wake up to another invigorating yoga session to get our energy flowing. Afterwards, we’ll sail for up to 5 hours towards Schinoussa — one of the best-kept secrets of the Small Cyclades. Along the way, we’ll have time for some journaling and gratitude practice and we’ll stop for a refreshing swim and some snorkeling. Once we arrive, there’s plenty of free time to explore the serene harbor and the village.
In the evening, we’ll do some gentle yoga to stretch out and settle into the rhythm of the islands, before having dinner at a cozy seaside taverna.

Day 4: Schinoussa to Koufonisia
After a morning of stretching and grounding with yoga, we’ll set sail for Koufonisia, an island known for its turquoise waters and unspoiled beaches. This will be a short sail (just about an hour), leaving you with plenty of time to swim, sunbathe, and explore.
We’ll gather in the evening for a peaceful yoga practice and enjoy a tasty dinner at a local taverna.

Day 5: Koufonisia to Amorgos
Our morning yoga will set a calm and energizing tone for the day. Afterward, we’ll sail for Amorgos, an iconic island famous for its stunning views and the Monastery of Panagia Hozoviotissa. Once we arrive, you can either spend the afternoon hiking or visiting the monastery, or simply relax by the sea.
We’ll finish the day with yoga, followed by dinner in a beautiful, charming taverna.

Day 6: Amorgos to Iraklia
We’ll greet the morning with yoga before sailing to Iraklia, a peaceful island full of natural beauty. During the 3-hour sail, we’ll stop for a swim and enjoy a light lunch on board. Once we arrive, we’ll have free time to either hike to an ancient cave, or a stroll in the charming little harbor village, depending on your interests.
In the evening, we’ll come together for yoga and a group dinner at a traditional taverna.

Day 7: Return to Paros
On our final day, we’ll start with a final morning yoga practice before breakfast. Afterward, we’ll set sail back to Paros, arriving by early afternoon. It’ll be a gentle journey back, leaving you with time to reflect on your week and all the memories made.

Our skipper is highly experienced and happy to adjust the trip according to what you are looking for in your holiday if, of course, the weather and other external factors beyond his control permit it. And never forget that those "unexpected" surprises can often be the highlight of your trip!
